The real grand finale of The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives is the party hosted by Gauri Khan at her design studio.
Karan Johar's meeting with the four ladies at a helipad, where he again hijacks the series and turns it into a talk show, is nothing short of a reality show grand finale in itself. There, they become victims of stalking - to ultimately find out that the stalker just wants to work with Neelam for an advertisement. The four women are then shown to go on a trip to Doha on their own. Sanjay Kapoor and Chunky Panday have been given enough time to rant about how they have managed to be in the industry and "survive on their own" despite all obstacles and without winning any awards. There's an episode on trolling as well, and how the families deal with the question of nepotism. From Shanaya Kapoor attending Le Bal des Debutante in Paris to how proud Ananya Panday and her parents are after she wins the Best Debut Filmfare Award, the show becomes more about people who have already been written about. Either they are talking about attending Gauri Khan's grand party and preparing for it, or listening to their kids and husbands.
